RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Please note that due to items being handmade there are slight differentiations in craftsmanship. Should you receive your Queen Magpie item/s and not be satisfied, please contact us and if we cannot rectify the problem you will have a 2-week grace period for returns.

A credit will be issued for the items, which excludes the delivery/return costs.

When returning the item/s to us please use registered mail (as we will not be liable should the parcel get lost in transit). Alternatively, you can contact us to arrange collection with our courier at R100 one way.

Please note:

  • Earrings cannot be returned (for hygienic reasons)
  • Custom-made orders cannot be returned
  • Products must be unworn, undamaged and properly packed/protected when returned

REPAIRS

Please note that Queen Magpie Jewellery is costume jewellery.  Items do tarnish with time based on acidity of the skin, perfume, handling and how frequently they are worn.

Queen Magpie is always happy to assist with repairs or replacement of one lost earring should we have stock of the components.  Please contact us and send a photograph of the repair or lost item and we will get back to you to let you know if we can assist.

Clients will be liable for shipping and additional components if needed.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

LOCAL

Most of our items are made to order.  Please allow 10 days for processing and manufacturing.

Our courier delivers across South Africa at a cost of R100 per parcel.  Orders over R1200 shipping is on us.

After dispatching, please allow 2 – 3 days to receive your parcel.  We will notify you with an email and tracking number once your parcel has been sent.

Please note no P.O Box addresses – please provide a physical address with a relevant contact number.

Please note that parcels are not insured.

INTERNATIONAL

Most of our items are made to order.  Please allow 10 days for processing and manufacturing.

The cost per parcel is $28.00 and takes approximately 10 – 20 working days once it has been shipped.

We also offer DHL door to door for $45 – this service takes approximately 7 working days.

Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

Please note that clients are liable for the customs and import duties which vary from country to country.
