Returns/Refunds Policy 

We have a 14 day return policy from receipt of your Queen Magpie order.  Please note we do not offer refunds only store credit.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your returned item has been received and assessed, if accepted a store credit will be issued.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Should items be returned that show signs of wear and/or damage the return will not be accepted and eligible for store credit.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The quickest and easiest way to ensure a swift replacement using your store credit is to email us with an image of the replacement item from our online available stock.
